Park Life - Leica M6, 35mm Summaron and a roll of Kodak Portra 400

Below are some pictures from my first roll of film in 13 years since going digital. Actually, technically its my second,  there are a number of variables in the process of shooting film that can affect what sort of images you end up with but one I hadn't considered was the bloody lab losing my first roll of film!

These we shot on my beautiful 35mm summaron lens from 1960 on a roll of Kodak Portra 400. This combination has, I think,  produced a lovely timeless feel.

Shot around Xiangyang park on Huaihai lu, i tried to capture some of the Chinese park life that characterises these gardens dotted around the city.
